We supply both. A listing that carries an original manufacturer part code is OEM-grade; everything else is a compatible part checked for fit and function. Tell us your preference when you enquire and we will quote accordingly.
How do I know which part fits my printer?
Every product page carries a “Compatible with” column. If your model is not on it, send us the printer model plus a photo of the old part and our engineers will confirm the match.
